The material is used starting from approximately the age of five, when the child knows the ten of golden beads, the numbers from 1 to 10 and the bars of coloured beads. The work with this material is intended to facilitate the construction of the mental mechanism of calculation through the ten.
SNAKE: 1 wooden tray (43 x 25 x 2.5 cm); 1 wooden box with lid with compartments with 10 sets of coloured wooden bead sticks from 1 to 9; 1 wooden box with lid with 5 sets of gray wooden bead sticks from 1 to 9; 1 wooden box with lid with black and white wooden beads from 1 to 9; 20 gold coloured glass bead sticks.
All bead sticks are mounted with stainless steel wire.
RELATIVE NUMBERS: 1 wooden box with compartments with 10 sets of positive numbers from +1 to +9, black on white background; 1 wooden box with compartments with 10 sets of negative numbers from -1 to -9, black on gray background. Each box contains 10 sets of zero numbers printed in white on a black background, 30 white cards and 30 gray cards.
All cards are made of coated cardboard.
