SHORT CHAINS WITH SQUARES

Work with short chains and squares is proposed to the child, starting from approximately five years of age, when he has already worked with the Séguin Boards. The purpose of this work is to give the child the direct experience of the formation of the powers of numbers in their geometric and numerical organization. The work involves the use of the appropriate arrows (not included in this article).
