This material can be used from seven years onwards to master the analysis of the verb with the guidance of hand activity, without confining it to abstraction. Hand activity is very rewarding and helps the child to fix progressively acquired knowledge in its memory. The LENAS materials come forth from the collaborations between Montessori Craft and Fondazione Montessori Italia with Francesca Collovà, a creative expert teacher who is particularly interested in teaching Italian in primary school.

Description

A wooden box with two compartments contains various wooden templates with holes and the definitions needed in the analysis of the verb engraved. The wooden parts are to be placed on a polyester felt carpet to build up a tree starting from the trunk. All wooden parts, except for the pegs, have a UNI EN 71-3 finishing whereas the speech symbols are made of coloured PMMA and attached by an inox steel chain. At the moment this material is available for the Italian language.
