This material consists of two golden bead chains (natural wood): the 100 chain and the 1000 chain, each one composed of single 10 bead bars linked together with small stainless steel rings. The two chains hang on the hooks of the shelf that can be easily hung on the wall (see the holes on the back of the shelf). The beads have a diameter of 8 mm and are micro lathed and varnished in Italy and thread on stainless steel wire by hand. The wooden shelf has a UNI EN 71-3 finishing.

Starting from around 5 years of age, when the child has already worked with the teen and ten boards, it can work with the 1000 chain. By experimenting the linear breaking up of the square and then of the cube, the child gets more and more confidence with the numbers from 1 to 1000. Moreover, it is the first approach to the power of a number. A 10 bead bar, a 100 square and a 1000 cube (MA26 or MA27 can be used in this case) complete the work with this material.
